Dear valued Animal Medical Hospital clients,
This policy is in place to keep all of our staff and patients healthy.
All patients staying in our kennels, for the day or longer, are required to have the vaccinations listed below. These can be given in advance to hospitalization, or during their stay.
Canine patients: Canine Distemper, Parvo Virus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
Feline Patients: Feline Rhinotracheitis, Feline Leukemia, Feline Distemper (Panleukopenia), and Rabies.
If vaccinations are received at another facility, we will need to obtain a copy of those records to verify.
